Introduction of instruments:

The Healthy Building Simulation Test Chamber can be integrated with existing building envelopes to simulate indoor thermal, humidity, and lighting conditions. This equipment facilitates research into the coupled relationships between indoor thermal-humidity-light environments, human comfort and health, and building energy consumption under real-world conditions. It also enables controlled or isolated variable studies to create ideal and stable indoor environments.


The chamber body is constructed from stainless steel and insulation material (rigid polyurethane foam), with net dimensions of 8.5 m × 5.0 m × 2.8 m. The floor features a channel steel frame reinforced with stainless steel plates, supporting loads up to 2000 kg/m². The chamber maintains temperature regulation from 0 to 45°C (control accuracy ±0.3°C, uniformity ±0.5°C) and relative humidity from 30% to 95% (control accuracy ±3%, uniformity ±3%). CO₂ concentration can be adjusted from ambient levels to 3000 ppm. Fresh air exchange rate ranges from 0 to 1200 m³/h, with a maximum fresh air ratio adjustable from 0 to 100%. The test chamber's air supply configuration can be freely switched between top supply/top return, bottom supply/top return, top supply/bottom return, and wall supply/return. The maximum air supply volume reaches 5000 m³/h. Additionally, the test chamber achieves a filtration efficiency of ≥99.995%, controlling harmful pollutants to standard limits.
