Introduction of instruments:

LSM 980‑NLO is an upright fluorescence microscope integrating single‑photon and two‑photon imaging, with outstanding performance, comprehensive functions and ultra‑high sensitivity. Equipped with Airyscan hardware super‑resolution technology, it delivers 90 nm xy resolution and up to 47 fps@512×512 imaging speed. It supports large‑field, 1 mm deep in vivo imaging, and is equipped with a material surface topography imaging and analysis module for routine confocal and two‑photon experiments.

     Main Function

     1.Single-Photon Confocal Microscopy:Fluorescence imaging of fixed specimens, 3D multi-channel fluorescence imaging, FRET experiments, FRAP experiments, spectral unmixing, calcium ion detection assays, large-scale 3D tile scanning, and super-resolution imaging.

     2.Two-Photon Imaging:Deep imaging of living or thick tissues, laser ablation experiments, photostimulation experiments, and second harmonic generation (SHG) imaging.

     3. Materials Confocal Microscopy:3D topography imaging and analysis, ISO roughness analysis, and high-resolution, high-precision measurements.
