Notice on the Trial Operation and Reservation of the Image Workstation by the ZJE Core Facility

Dear all,

To enhance the scientific research service level of our institute and facilitate image data processing and analysis, the Image Workstation of the Imaging Sub-platform of the ZJE Core Facility will commence its trial operation from today. Free reservations are now open to all faculty and students of ZJE. Please find the specific details below:

I. Acquisition of Senior Privileges

Faculty and students who meet any of the following conditions can obtain dependent access and are eligible for reservation and use at any time:

1. Those who participated in the operation training of the Image Workstation on April 22 will have their access automatically activated by the system；

2. Other application channels:

l Submit relevant training and usage certificates issued by other colleges or platforms;

l Completely watch at least 3 official Imaris learning videos and submit learning records (such as viewing duration screenshots, study notes, etc.)

II. Application and Usage Specifications

1. Application Time: Please submit the application materials before 16:00 P.M. today. Late applications will be centrally processed after the holiday;

2. Application Method: Send the supporting materials to the email address lezhu@intl.zju.edu.cn, and the email subject should be in the format of [Image Workstation Application - Name - Research Group];

3. Usage Requirements: Reserve the duration according to actual needs. Malicious occupation of resources is strictly prohibited. If there is a serious discrepancy between the reserved duration and the actual usage, the trial qualification will be cancelled.

III. Other Important Matters

1. To facilitate communication and answer questions, you are welcome to scan the QR code below to join the WeChat communication group. There are multiple engineers in the group who can answer your questions;

2. The end time of the trial operation and the official charging standards will be notified separately.
