Notice on the Adjustment of SIM Reservation during Summer Vacation

Dear All,

Due to network failures in the SIM room, the equipment frequently goes offline. We have contacted the ITS department for solutions, but the issue remains unresolved for the time being. To ensure the normal operation of summer SIM reservations, the appointment method will be adjusted to an online shared document. Experiment records will be manually added by administrators based on the time registered in the online document later. This adjustment will be officially implemented starting from July 1st.

For standardized management, the ZJE Core Facility will conduct random monitoring and spot checks on users' check-in and check-out times. If any overdue equipment usage beyond the registered time is detected, penalties will be imposed in accordance with the Management Regulations of the ZJE Core Facility:

lDeduction of fees equivalent to twice the actual usage hours;

lDeduction of 10 credit points.  

Please use the equipment strictly in line with the reserved time. If you need to adjust the usage time, please update the registration information in the document in advance to ensure administrators can accurately record experiment data.
