ZJE Core Facility Notice on Confirmation of Experimental Records

Dear users and the research teams:

Regarding the issue raised by some research groups this month that users and research groups are unable to confirm experimental records in a timely manner after the instrument administrator initiates the confirmation process, we have decided to implement the following measures starting from August 2025 after discussion:

(1) Every Monday, the instrument administrator will initiate confirmation for the experiments conducted in the previous week. Users and research groups are kindly requested to arrange their time reasonably to confirm the amount payable.

(2) If the user or the research team discovers an error after research team's confirmation, please contact CAI Zheng (zhengcai@intl.zju.edu.cn) within 3 days.
