ZJE Notice on the Malfunction of the Instrument Sharing Platform Website

Dear all,

Following feedback from both our students, we found that the online booking system for certain instruments is malfunctioning. After investigation, the issue has been traced to a compatibility problem between ZJU financial interface and the Core Facility interface, which prevents reservation requests from being completed. Our website technical team is working urgently on a fix.

To ensure your experimental needs are met, please try to reserve instruments well in advance via the website. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact each equipment manager directly for assistance with instrument use.
