ZJE Notice on the Management of Hard Drive Borrowing

Dear faculty and students,

To standardize the borrowing management of data backup hard drives at the ZJE Core Facility, ensure the safe and efficient circulation of hard drive equipment, and better serve your work and experimental needs, we hereby notify the relevant requirements for hard drive borrowing as follows:

I. Borrowing and Return Regulations

a) Hard drives can only be borrowed during the working hours (8:30–12:00, 13:00–17:00). You may collect the required hard drive either by applying to the administrator of the corresponding instrument or by registering with any administrator.

b) All borrowed hard drives must be returned to the administrator within 72 hours of collection. If the return deadline falls on a holiday or official vacation period, the deadline shall be extended to the first working day after the holiday.

II. Implementation Date

This hard drive borrowing management regulation shall take effect on March 1, 2026. For any inquiries, please contact the platform administrators.
