Dear Teachers,
In order to further standardize the management of instruments and equipment, improve the efficiency of analytical testing services and the level of data interconnection, and in response to the unified requirements of the Laboratory and Equipment Management Department of ZJU, the Core Facility of International Campus (https://equip.intl.zju.edu.cn/) has completed full-system docking with the Analytical Testing Management Service Platform (https://atc.zju.edu.cn/). The experimental fee settlement process will be automatically executed by the system. Given the large volume of experimental records and the irreversible nature of fee settlements once processed through ZJU’s financial system, to ensure the accuracy of settlements and avoid any impact on your work, the relevant matters needing attention are hereby notified as follows. The notice shall be officially implemented from March 1st, 2026:
1. Please log in to the the Core Facility of International Campus before 24:00 every Sunday to carefully check the experimental records and corresponding fee details of the current week (from 00:00 Monday to 24:00 Sunday), and ensure that the system records are completely consistent with the actual experimental situation.
2. If you have any questions about the experimental records or fee details, please be sure to submit an appeal application before 24:00 every Sunday for our timely handling. If you are unable to confirm the experimental records on time due to special reasons, please also contact the relevant administrator to explain the situation and retain the right of appeal as soon as possible.
3. Except for special circumstances that have been communicated with the administrator in advance and confirmed, appeals submitted after the deadline (i.e., after 24:00 every Sunday) will no longer be accepted. The administrator will centrally process the experimental records and fee information of the previous week (from 00:00 Monday to 24:00 Sunday) every Monday.
Important Reminder: Fee settlements finalized via Zhejiang University’s (ZJU) financial system are irreversible. We will not entertain any disputes or adjustment requests related to fee settlements that result from delayed appeals. We strongly urge you to attach paramount importance to weekly information verification and appeal procedures and strictly comply with the specified timelines to complete record validation and issue feedback. This ensures timely resolution of any discrepancies and avoids potential inconveniences caused by missed deadlines.
