Greetings! The preliminary review of all competition entries has been successfully completed. All qualified works have officially entered the public voting stage. To help you fully understand the relevant arrangements, we hereby formally announce the voting rules, evaluation criteria and Popularity Award details as follows:
I. Voting Rules
1. Voting Period: June 2, 2026 — June 14, 2026. The voting lasts for 12 days, and the voting channel will be closed automatically upon expiration.
2. Voting Method: You may visit the official voting page to support your favorite entries.

3. Voting Restrictions: Each account is entitled to 3 votes per day, which can be cast on up to 3 different entries. One account can vote for a single work only once per day.
4. Violation Regulations: This voting activity adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness. Automated voting, malicious data inflation and other irregular behaviors are strictly prohibited. Any verified violation will result in the clearance of abnormal votes. Serious violations will lead to disqualification from the competition and evaluation.
II. Competition Evaluation Criteria
1. Preliminary Review: The originality and compliance of all entries are verified, and qualified works are selected for the final review and public voting stage.
2. Comprehensive Final Awards: The final overall score is composed of 70% expert evaluation and 30% public voting results. Regular awards will be determined based on the comprehensive scores.
3. Most Popular Award: This is an independent exclusive award that does not participate in the comprehensive score calculation. It is determined entirely by the final public voting ranking. Winners will receive exclusive honors and corresponding rewards.
III. Promotion Guidelines
Participants are welcome to promote your works in compliance with official rules. You may share your entries and the official voting link on social platforms such as WeChat Moments and group chats to invite family and friends to vote. Showcase your excellent works to a wider audience and strive for the Popularity Award!
