Free Demo of Microscope LSM 910 Airyscan2

Dear Faculty and Students,

ZJE Core Facility, in collaboration with ZEISS, is launching a free demo of the Zeiss high-speed super-resolution laser confocal microscope. This demo includes a theoretical lecture and hands-on instrument training, and is open to all faculty, postdocs and postgraduate students. All researchers with sample testing demands are welcome to sign up.

Microscope LSM 910 Airyscan2 (ZEISS)

Introduction

LSM 910 is a compact, high-performance confocal microscope that combines exceptional sensitivity, high resolution, and excellent signal-to-noise performance. The Airyscan array detector comprising 32 highly sensitive detection elements, enables resolution down to 80 nm and imaging speeds of up to 19 fps@512 X 512 pixels, while delivering a 4- to 8-fold improvement in signal-to-noise ratio. As a result, LSM 910 is widely used for demanding high-resolution imaging applications in the life sciences.

Super Rosulution Airyscan2, xy 80 nm, 19 fps@512x512

Lightfield 4D: Ultra fast volume Imaging, 80 volumes/sec

Other Modules: Live cell imaging, AI Sample finder, Auto Immersion etc.
